Are you a new mother looking to regain strength and movement after childbirth? Are you wondering what your body is ready for after you get the "all clear" at your 6 week check up, or if what you are experiencing is normal?
Our gentle, recovery-focused fitness class series is here for you. This 6-week series, meeting once a week, helps you reconnect with your deep core and pelvic floor, understand your body’s readiness for various exercises, and build strength. It’s also a great way to connect with other new mamas!
Non-mobile infants are welcome. You can start 10 days after a vaginal birth or 6 weeks after a cesarean section. Join us to restore your strength and build a supportive community.
