What services do you offer?

Fitness classes for women (Bootcamp, Yoga Sculpt, Barre, Babywearing Barre, Birth Ball Basics™ and Postpartum Recovery® Fitness) as well as Personal Training.

Can my kids come with me?

We have a supervised kids room available while you workout, and we also have Babywearing Barre so you can workout with your baby.

Do you offer a free class to try it out?

Do you have to be a mom or have just had a baby to participate in classes?

No – although we do specialize in pre/postnatal fitness, we strive to help women of all ages achieve their health goals, whether they had kiddos or not.

I prefer high intensity workouts. Will these classes be challenging enough for me?

From Bootcamp to Gentle Yoga, we have classes for everyone. Our skilled and seasoned trainers know how to increase the intensity to challenge you or how to scale it back if you’re new to fitness. Even in a group setting, you will feel challenged according to where you are in your journey and feel like the workout is tailored to you.

Do you have to have a membership or can you drop in?

We have several options to join us – from single drop in classes, class packages and monthly memberships.

Do I need to have workout experience?

No – we meet you where you are offering modifications for all exercises!

What if I'm pregnant? Can I take all of the classes or only the classes that advertise to a pregnant mama?

All classes can be scaled for expectant women. As long as you have the all-clear from your doctor or midwife, you are welcome in all classes!
