Postpartum Recovery® Fitness

This class is offered by 4th Trimester Fitness Method. Founded on principles drawn from evidence-based studies and approved by physicians, midwives and physical therapists, the main focus for this 6-week series is on recovery. This series provides the education needed to safely return to your pre-pregnancy exercise routine by providing strategies to heal and strengthen your pelvic floor and deep core muscles. Participating mamas must be at least 10 days postpartum for vaginal birth and 6 weeks for cesarean birth. One-on-one series available, please contact Lauren to discuss.

Fit Mamas Boot Camp

Whether you’re new to strength training or experienced, this group exercise class is designed specifically for moms to build strength and muscle tone, lose body fat, and have fun meeting other women that enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Classes consist of total body strength and fitness training, camaraderie, and child supervision. Expectant and new mamas who have been cleared to work out by their physician are welcome.

Pelvic Floor, Core & More ™

This class is offered by 4th Trimester Fitness Method. This 3-hour clinic appropriate for women of all ages and fitness levels will provide you with Pelvic Floor Education and a take-home exercise program. Learn how to activate your transverse abdominal muscle and engage your pelvic floor in order to develop strength and stability through your core and pelvic girdle. In addition, topics discussed will include hormone effect on joints, how to safely lift heavy items, tips to prevent or control urinary incontinence and how to modify certain exercises.

Barre Booty

This 1-hour class begins with a gentle warm-up that incorporates upper body and core exercises in addition to getting those glutes ready for a booty burning workout! This class will lift, tone and tighten your glutes. Barre Booty consists of all the best “behind” exercises inspired largely by Ballet, while also utilizing Pilates, Barre and Yoga techniques to get you on your way to your best booty. All fitness levels are welcome, and no previous ballet or barre experience is necessary.

Class Times: Thursday 10:00-11:00 a.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Gentle Yoga

This 1-hour class is all about slowing down and giving into therapeutic postures. Moderate poses are sequenced together to increase flexibility and centering your breath and body. During Restorative Yoga, we hold passive poses such as gentle twists, forward folds, reclined postures and supported gentle backbends. This class will bring a restored sense of peace and calm into your busy day-to-day life. Kick stress to the curb with this great complement to your active fitness routine. All fitness levels are welcome.

Class Times: Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

Prenatal Yoga

This 1-hour class consists of a series of breathing exercises and yoga poses design to support mamas-to-be physically and emotionally. Each posture and technique will help promote relaxation and stress-management, improve stamina and overall health, increase strength, flexibility and deep toning of the birthing muscles, as well as improving posture and circulation. Prenatal Yoga is open to all fitness levels and no yoga experience is required. We ask that mamas-to-be are in their 2nd or 3rd Trimester or have a regular yoga practice and approval from your doctor.

Class Times: Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Birth Ball Basics™

This class is offered by 4th Trimester Fitness Method. This class is for moms in all trimesters of pregnancy. You will learn techniques using the ball in pregnancy, labor, birth and in the postpartum period. During this class, mamas-to-be will relieve achy lower backs, train their body for labor time, strengthen their core and pelvic floor, learn effective laboring down techniques, learn laboring positions and stretch out tired muscles. There will also be an open Q&A time for any pregnancy, birth, and newborn questions. The clinics are for pregnant mamas only.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a perfect combination of a yoga, pilates, strength training, and cardio. This 1-hour class boosts metabolism and builds lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights, low impact cardio, and core work to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Feel the burn, find your balance, and leave feeling centered and ready for your day!

Cardio HIIT

Fusing the best of high and low impact sport and dance moves along with strengthening exercises to tone your upper and lower body, this fun and dynamic 55-minute class will burn some serious calories and increase your metabolism!

Baby Wearing Barre

Do you love Barre? Want to learn how to safely workout with your baby? Join us for baby wearing barre class! All of your favorite barre moves all while keeping your little one close as you gain strength and build friendships.

Ideal for infants up to crawlers and all fitness levels are welcome, whether this is your 1st or 100th barre class!

Online Coaching

With a new baby, getting to a fitness class can be difficult. With FitMamasTribe Online Coaching, a workout regimen is tailored to your schedule with specific goals set in place to keep you motivated. When you become a part of the FitMamasTribe, you’ll connect with Lauren and run through your schedule and goals. A workout routine will be created that will fit your time restrictions, be scalable to all fitness levels and safe for expecting and new mamas. A custom plan, accompanied by videos and step-by-step instructions, will be provided in addition to check-ins and access to Lauren for any questions.
